Swedish: Vi är två personer som väntat utanför espressohouse i Mora med öppettiderna 08.00-18.00. Vi har väntat i 45 minuter nu på att personal ska ha öppnat butiken men är ännu inte öppet. Det är inte heller röd dag så speciella öppettider finns ej och ingen skylt om detta finns. Otroligt oprofessionellt och hoppas att espressohouse i Mora tar till sig av detta. Fick även svar av espressohouse i Falun som vi kontaktade som gav oss som svar att ”personal kan ha försovit sig”. Det är nu 5 personer som försökt komma in men som sedan vänt och gått sedan vi väntat. English: We are two people that have been waiting outside of espressohouse in Mora. It have been 45 minutes since they should have opened but still nothing. The opening hours are usually 08.00-18.00 but still nothing. Its so unproffesional. We called to espressohouse in Falun to get to know where the staff is but they told us that it is possible that the staff ”is still asleep”. Are you kidding? I hope they take some action regarding this to the future because we are unsure if we will come back.

Friendly english speaking staff. Great food and drinks. Seating was clean and comfortable.
