Hatcha's Cafe - Mora

I recently explored the relatively new area and have been trying out the different local eateries. After my visit to Hatchas, I can confidently say it’s now my second favorite place within a 50-mile radius. I definitely plan to return!

The food is absolutely delicious! The owners and staff are incredibly friendly. I had the Ranger fajitas wrap with pinto beans—so tasty! The chips and salsa are also fantastic. I drove over an hour just to come back here for another meal, and I have no regrets at all.

The staff here is incredibly friendly and attentive. The food is absolutely fantastic. We visited for two consecutive days because the dishes are simply delicious. If we find ourselves in the area again, we will definitely return. I highly recommend this place!

One of our top 10 restaurants of all. In Mora NM. The best green Chile, burgers and of course great New Mexican food. Don't pass it up, you will love it
