As a resident of Moorpark, it can be really frustrating to see people leaving negative reviews about new places without even giving them a chance. Recently, my family of seven ordered 40 wings for $60 and sampled various seasonings and dipping sauces. We got a mix of bone-in and boneless wings. The staff was incredibly friendly and took the time to explain the ordering process, which I really appreciated. Everything was delicious and paired perfectly with the hot sauces we brought from home. Just a heads up, they cook the wings to order, so expect about a 20-minute wait time. If you’re not a fan of waiting, I recommend placing your order online or by phone before heading in. Thank you for supporting our small community—we hope to meet your expectations!
I walked in and was immediately welcomed by a friendly wings expert! The food was incredible, and I thoroughly enjoyed the overall service. When I asked one of the staff members for her name, she told me it was Kyra. She was very polite, and everything was quick and efficient. I definitely recommend visiting this place!
Unprofessional staff. The manager seems indifferent. The employees, mostly teenagers, acted immaturely and were very loud. I waited 20 minutes for my food while they were giving discounts to their friends, who received their orders much quicker. There's a strong chance I won't return to this Wingstop.
The management at this location needs to improve. Having worked in retail management for many years, I have experience with young employees, and what I witnessed here was problematic. First, we chose to dine inside, but the staff's conversations were excessively loud and inappropriate—we could hear everything! The tables were dirty, and employees were just standing around without attending to them. The guy at the counter appeared to be under the influence and was tossing cups in the air—yes, the cups intended for customers! The trash can near the beverage station was overflowing, with trash strewn across the floor, and the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Water was all over the floor, making them essentially unusable. Corporate needs to conduct an unannounced visit as soon as possible and provide proper training for their management team.
