El Pollo Loco - Moorpark

You screwed my order today and I had to go in and pay more for my meal.

I absolutely adore the chicken tortilla soup at this restaurant. I highly recommend adding a single chicken breast to the soup - it's a winner! All for a reasonable price of about $10.

We love this El Pollo Loco all the time. It is always our 1 choice for Fast Quality Food. The staff is friendly. Professional and fast service.

We go here all the time and usually it is good, but today the chicken was not cooked by, breast meat was pink, and we could not get the chicken from the bone. Throw most of it in the garbage. In 15 years, this is the first time this happened. I hope it's not a trend and only one time curse.

Moorpark el pollo loco I never had an issue the food is always pretty good. I went today to place an order through the drive through, and asked for Pico de gallo to go with my order and the lady who answered back had a very strong Mexican accent and said she didn't know what I was talking about I had to describe to her I couldn't believe it.. I thought it was joke.. . A young Latina girl who my payment was also very snobby. with a lot of attitude. I wont be ordering there anymore.
