Command Performance did an outstanding job on my wedding day. Everything went off without a hitch, and my guests couldn't stop praising the food and service. The braised short ribs were exceptional, and the jalapeño mac and cheese was a hit as well. Our guests really enjoyed the spicy margaritas we selected as our signature drink. The team was very professional, and their timing matched our schedule perfectly. It was clear to both me and my guests that they had everything well organized. The only reason I'm giving them four stars is that the communication prior to the big day was not as strong as I had hoped. However, everything was executed smoothly, and I would still highly recommend them!

Manuel and his team were fantastic. They did an outstanding job catering to our large wedding. From the very beginning, their communication was prompt and seamless. Contrary to the common belief that brides and grooms hardly get to eat, we were pleasantly surprised to have a personal server who made sure we enjoyed our appetizers, signature drinks, and dinner. The bartending team worked quickly, ensuring that our 150 guests never faced long lines, which had been a concern of ours. Jesus skillfully kept his team ahead of schedule at every moment, helping to make our day one of the most magical experiences for us and our guests. Awful. Manny does whatever he wants, thinks he knows everything, and lies straight to your face. The bartenders drank our alcohol and were throwing up on site in front of our guests. Terrible. If I never use Command Performance again, I'd be happy.

Command Performance is an amazing catering company. They catered our wedding this past December. Manuel was super helpful, and he never got tired of all my questions! The food is also amazing. All of our guests commented on how delicious it was. You can't go wrong picking them for your event or wedding!
