Bidrage med feedbackI ordered Jimmy John's today. I was feeling emotional and headed home with my food.
I always place my orders online so I can track them and know exactly what to expect. I've only called the store about missing items, which has been frustrating. My youngest loves Jimmy John's, and it would be great if they could improve their service, especially since they cater to kids and are involved in school activities. I appreciate their efforts, but it's disappointing that I haven't experienced "good customer service" in these situations.
Finally a jjjs that is open for internal service! the employees have made a good job to get our orders done quickly and correctly.
I'll wait another hour on my sandwich. 0.7 miles away. not sure what part of it is “freaky fast”
The manager reached out to me via Facebook Messenger to inform me that I had left my card at the restaurant.
