Grand Junction Grilled Steaks

To be honest, I haven't visited this restaurant in years—since my college days at Concordia. However, I absolutely loved their sandwiches and really wish they had a location closer to me now. Even after all these years, I still think fondly of this place and recommend it to everyone!

I've visited this restaurant several times, and I always order the Hawaiian sandwich—it's simply the best! I really appreciate the generous portions they offer for the price, especially given how much costs have risen lately. Many places seem to lack value these days, but Grand Junction is doing an excellent job!

#14 Cajun Ranch Chicken!! In my experience, this place is fantastic! I used to go to the North Fargo location when I was younger, and I always loved Grand Junction, but this spot in Moorhead is amazing! The service is great, the staff is wonderful, and the food is cooked to perfection! If I may offer a tip, try adding extra tomatoes to the #14 Cajun Ranch Chicken sandwich. It’s one of my favorites. I hope you enjoy your meal!

I was looking SO forward to this visit as I moved away several years ago so I can?t get it whenever I please anymore. And I?m pregnant so I thought it would hit the spot. I ordered at the kiosk as directed since I was paying with a card, but there isn?t an opportunity to add a coupon when paying. Honestly, it might be better for this location to close down rather than tarnish the reputation of a once-great brand. The food was terrible, and I wouldn't even give it one star. I ended up throwing away the fries and half of my sandwich. Now, it seems I have to specifically ask for honey mustard, which is supposed to come with the sandwich, as well as for lettuce and tomatoes. I shouldn't have to ask for seasoning on my fries either. It feels like the quality has only gotten worse. I shouldn't have to read the menu for a sandwich I've been ordering since the day this place opened. I can easily go to the 19th or 25th locations without needing to look at the menu and get the same sandwich I've enjoyed for years. I was unaware that the Moorhead location had made yet another change to their sandwiches since you've taken over. I haven't visited in over a year due to my last poor experience, where I ordered a sandwich that didn't come with mayo, and was accused of trying to get free food when I brought it back to resolve the issue. I used to eat at Moorhead GJ weekly, but that changed quickly about four years ago. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but I shouldn't have to return to the store for something that should have been done correctly in the first place.
