Domino's Pizza - Moorhead

We went back because Pizza XD The noodles were a bit broken in some places. A couple felt undercooked, I just didn't eat 9 noodles. All dishes tasted great! You can also not ignore the price of the mixture. So I decided not to remove a star. The food was great for the price. The staff was pleasant, waiting was what you expect for everything we got and there is a nice parking lot at this new location.

I like the new location, just outside. I also found the online order easy to use. Not usually the case with Restraunts. I did a pick-up job, and the food was told it was. I ordered pizza, wings and pasta. The 5 star was for service and everything, but the food. I'll give them four for dinner. It's cheap and pretty good.

Ordering an online guided pizza order one hour and a half early. 2 minutes before pickup time displayed, and it was not even started. We waited another 20 minutes until our 4 pizzas are made and cooked. When they were all finished, the service worker offered no explanation, said nothing but the entrance under the second box. There's a clear reason why they're coming. Very bad service.

I ordered two pizzas and wings on 04/27/22. I've never had a problem with this Domino. It's my favorite Domino's location. But when I opened one of my pizzas today, there were several black hairs in it. I lost my appetite, and I called the Domino just to get my money back on this pizza. I was polite on the phone because mistakes and accidents happen, but the manager was very rude. He said his name was Dylan. He said there was no black hair on the pizza when he cut it. He asked me if I needed anything but to get my money back, and when I said no, he was hanging on me. It is extremely discouraging because I order so often from here, and I was treated so badly when I was very understanding about the phone. This man shouldn't be a manager. Better, Domino.

I have nothing to say except what I experienced from Domino’s has always been good pizza. However, with that said a week or so I ordered a pizza. It was the worst thing I have ever had, I have tried to contact the store several times getting passed on, hug up on, disconnected from the general line. After all the mishaps I cannot seem to get a manager. Why?
