Wendy's - Mooresville

Alittle slow but worth the wait. Everything was delicious!

Location is a bit tough to get to from any direction except coming from Walmart. Service is great at this location and typically moves quickly.

It just doesn't seem right at lunch. I stopped once a week in the last 5 weeks to change it, and Everytime something is wrong, missing or not as it should be. I was hoping it would be better every time I went back like a bad relationship... but no longer go back, they can't just drive up the road to another place.

If they could just get our orders correct and stop giving out limp, soggy fries...that would be great. A good rule of thumb is: if you wouldn't want it for your dinner, then don't give it to anyone else.

Cold, soggy fries, stale tea, and rude staff are some of the worst things you can experience in a restaurant, and unfortunately, this place has all three. The woman who took my order (a blonde, possibly in her late 30s or early 40s) made me feel like an inconvenience. When my order was finally ready, it was handed to me without even a glance or a farewell. This establishment is not customer-friendly, and that will be my last visit to this Wendy's. I would prefer to take the extra time to go to a different location.
