Panera Bread - Mooresville

The food preparation is solid and aligns well with what you would expect from this chain. The bread and pastries are quite good, and the coffee is excellent—definitely a notch above most fast food places. Their sandwiches are delicious. However, they seem eager to push for more online ordering, but as it stands, their online system falls short. It doesn't currently provide specific quantities for bagels and pastries by type, which makes the ordering experience less than ideal.

The BEST Cinnamon Crunch Bagel I've ever had from Panera! I'm a huge fan of this particular bagel and usually order it every time I visit. This one was flawless in every aspect: the cinnamon sugar created a wonderfully layered shell that was neat and tidy while eating, and the texture was divine. The toasting was spot on—not too dark, yet warm enough to melt the butter I asked for on the side, while still maintaining that perfect toasted flavor and texture. The bottom of the bagel was soft, chewy, and packed with flavor. Plus, it was cut perfectly down the middle, which is surprisingly hard to come by! Honestly, I can’t believe how delicious something so simple can be. Whoever made that bagel deserves to teach a masterclass! Huge shout-out to you, mystery baker!

This restaurant is usually one of my favorites, but today was not a good experience. We placed our order at the counter, which turned out to be a mistake. The person taking orders seemed unqualified, and our order ended up being incorrect. Other customers were also experiencing issues, with their orders not even making it to the kitchen. When our soup arrived, it was cold, and the portion sizes were much smaller than what we’ve come to expect. In the past, my tuna salad was generous enough that I could really enjoy it, but this time it was lacking. Additionally, the lettuce on my bagel had black edges, which is concerning. I’ve attached a picture to illustrate the issue. My wife's sandwich was also disappointingly small, much less than what we've received in previous visits.

The dirtiest Panera ever. All tables were nasty. Getting worse too. We will not be back for a while. Also please wear hairnets. Hair was in our soup. Gross. It was not mine Managers wake up !!! Oh no lids either for cups. The place has went down hill and managers don’t respond to me for feedback. People have been complaining for months and you have done nothing. I’m telling everyone not to come here and eat

We ordered delivery and unfortunately my boyfriends soup lid wasn’t on all the way. Soaked the bag, I called to let them know. And we were refunded. The young man who answered the phone was amazing! Costumer service was on point! Much appreciated
