Bidrage med feedbackI really cannot say anything! While sitting in the drvthru, there was one car in front of me placing an order. What seemed like could've been three cars ordering (time wise), felt like more. I checked the web page for opening times (they were open). I wondered if the patron fell asleep at the ordering booth. I didn't check or hang around.
Today, I decided to give them another chance and ordered a caramel iced coffee, a caramel latte, and a dozen donuts, once again using the On-The-Go option to clarify that I wanted the sweet Caramel Swirl, not the unsweetened caramel flavor. Unfortunately, we didn’t check the drinks until we got back to our campsite 20 minutes later. We’ll be staying in the area until September, but I’m not optimistic about returning here given my past experiences.
It's ok. Coffee was cold when first ordered. The workers fixed it tho. Easy to miss if your heading to Mooresville from 150. Coffee tatsyed great when it was warmed up. Nice and clean. Great veiw when inside.
When I went inside to see their selection, the staff was not friendly at all. The cashier looked at me as if my presence was annoying her. After choosing my donuts, she carelessly tossed them into a bag without any separators, causing them to share icing and toppings. It would be one thing if they were out of separators, in which case I would have asked for individual bags. However, it seemed like they simply didn't prioritize customer satisfaction over their donuts. I definitely do not recommend this place for donuts.
Probably the worst Dunkin I have been too. Poor quality and don't care attitudes. Even the simplest of orders come out wrong.
