Bidrage med feedbackI was heading to a family gathering at the Brown/Knox house—my grandfather was a Brown. I was asked to bring tea, and being a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Mormons), I also picked up some lemonade and eight pieces of chicken. It took 28 minutes to get my order, during which two cars in front of me left. I had hoped that someone would apologize for the wait, but unfortunately, no one did.
Today, the food was fresh, and the fries were light and delicious, just like the old days. However, they messed up my Cajun biscuit by adding cheese, which I don’t like on it. Despite that, I still give them a 5 because the fries were so good!
The dish was made with dark meat. I inquired whether I would have to pay extra for white meat if the dark was unavailable. The cashier informed me that the manager stated it would take twenty minutes to prepare and that I would need to pay for the white meat. I was unhappy about having to spend more money for something I actually wanted.
Good food, but slowly, when molasses drop a cold spoon. I tried to come here several times in the morning, and I had to go every time without food. Today I might have been back six cars. Twenty minutes later, there were two cars in front of me. That's not an exaggeration. Literal 20 minutes. Either they are always heavily underused or they are the slowest people on Earth Edit: always short employees. Terrible attitude. Waited on the intercom for over 10 minutes with not a single car in front of me. I asked if it was much longer. Wait. We have little staff. You can order. This place went downhill. Btw, there were 4 employees only in view of the window so that they 're not undermined THAT
This location is still experiencing staffing issues. My trip through the drive thru took a little longer than normal. When I realized there was only one employee there, the wait was understandable and should have been much longer. The young lady was somehow doing it all this morning. I wish I had gotten her name. Breakfast was good, and hats off to the one employee who prepared it, served it, and took my payment.
