Mcdonald's - Moorefield

The interior of the restaurant was dirty and there were many employees to sweep tables and wipe as we had to do it ourselves. it was early for breakfast. they served me mcgriddle, which was made wrong and not even was packed in a paper bag that had a chaos in the bottom of the bag. they corrected it, but I asked her to leave something. I picked her up before I eat.

Very friendly service. Quick and efficient. Always gets my special order right.

Ice Cream machine is always down and i have yet been able to order a shamrock shake, very disappointed in the service, the employe told me that it’s over heated because they filled it to full. ???? This is the third time i’ve tried to order that shake.

Food was for ever. staff telling me how horrible it was to work there. Suggest customer service training and the food was disgusting was cold and apparently they forgot to put on the condiments

Waiting time is terrible. the last three times that I got my food, it was either cold or the order was short. personal lacks any kind of friendliness or personality
