The best Chilli Beef in Sydney! I was pleasantly surprised to discover they also serve coconut toddy. I never expected to find toddy in Sydney. The food was extremely authentic and delicious. This is definitely the best Kerala cuisine I have tasted. A must-visit spot for anyone craving authentic Kerala food.

My partner and I are visiting Sydney from southern NSW and have been enjoying the diverse range of cuisines the city has to offer, something we don't often see in Canberra. Tonight, we stumbled upon this hidden gem thanks to Google Maps. As someone from Kerala, I was eager to try the food here and convinced my partner to join me. He absolutely loved it, even trying toddy for the first time. I was pleasantly surprised by the authentic Kerala dishes served at a reasonable price. The staff were friendly and accommodating, finding us a table on a busy Saturday night even though we hadn't made a reservation. We will definitely be returning to this restaurant.

Kayal lives up to its name! The restaurant has a cozy, welcoming atmosphere and the service was attentive and generous. I highly recommend trying the Kappa, fish curry, and beef ularthiyatu - they were the best I've ever had. Overall, it was a delightful dining experience and we will definitely be returning.

Best Kerala food in the area, have been here 5 times now and every time the food has been perfect. The service is awesome, attentive, greet with a smile. I will definitely keep coming here for takeaway and also dine in some time too as the restaurant is well set up for dining in.

Good food, based on Kerala recipes...made to Australian customers. Good to go for all who like with the spice concentration. First vist, enjoyed fish and beef cooked to Kerala style along with the Kerala 'red ' rice, but still to explore customised spice level options.
