5 from this experience.I understand why people have given this location such terrible ratings, but I’ve never had a bad experience here. I spoke with the general manager at the drive-thru window and they have trouble keeping good, reliable people (it was past 10 pm and he’d been there since 8 am) in a fast food environment; understandable.This has always been one of the best locations in the OKC metro area for me (been over 10 times).Anyway, all the food was spot on and beautifully prepared. The carne asada soft taco was great.

Paid $11 for two tacos and 2 burritos. I get home and the tacos are mostly filled with cheese and Lettuce. There was barely any meat. The burritos were tiny. All in all this place is way too pricy for the food they’re serving.

Our order was incorrect, I was not offered a receipt,and there was a PLASTIC BOTTLE CAP in the Taco Salad. Next time I will be sure to tell them to hold the plastic parts! They refunded the meal but didn't seem terribly concerned about the bottle cap. Very disappointed. I used to really like Taco Bueno.

Ordered several items. Didn't receive the bags of chips I was supposed to. The queso was cold. Both taco bowls were soggy and stale. The burritos were extremely tough yet somehow extremely soggy at the same time. There was hardly any rice, beans, or guacamole on any of the items, although it was indeed paid for like the rest of the items. Save your money, time, and emotions and go somewhere that won't disappoint you. Maybe Taco Bell, or Taco Mayo.

I drive to This Taco Bueno Specifically, because the service and the food here is always good. Darryl, one of the shift managers here is just simply amazing...
