I wasn't greeted, placed my order and received cold fries. I asked for fresh fried and received half cooked fries. Workers, their attitudes and PERFORMANCE are TERRIBLE! Update......I decided to give them a second chance. Bad decision. Black female manager has a very nasty attitude. Service was terrible and food was mediocre. My experience at this restaurant was by far the worst experience I have had in any sonics location. Cook who wasn’t even in uniform who I thought was a customer was making food. I asked for fresh food and the cook got extremely upset and refused to make my food fresh. Asked for my money back and finally someone remade my food fresh however, my sandwich came out raw. They also let me know there is no manager available at the moment which is crazy to me because this staff needs supervision.
