Centrale Carni - Monza

Unfortunately, it has been a while (painted hat) that I did not stop at monza. I returned to this historic butcher shop, and, seeing the reviews, I can only confirm everything I read. the Florentine who sold me is one of the best I've ever eaten, as well as their salami (superlative parmetic screech.) the owner and the boys make you feel at home, recommend you, cuddle you. Thanks again and I hope I can return as once, every week, to be able to do my stock of junk. Good...brave...brave!! !
