For the piece of beef served in the four-course menu we would have liked to have the choice of the quantity of sauce covering the beef, one of us would have preferred a lesser quantity

The welcome is perfect. The menu is perfect with the wine pairings that are offered. The staff is in a theatrical posture and full of sincerity, it feels good. The sommelier is truly knowledgeable. I advise you to dig into the wine list on the Loire and Nantais sides, you will find wonders that go beyond the usual great appellations. We'll go back there, that's for sure!

Very good time of pleasure in a beautiful warm setting. Cuisine with pep, unique flavors. Just a regret with the caviar, too dominated by the smoky side of the rice, with the natural red of the evening where unpleasant notes emerge that we find in many uncontrolled natural wines
