We went there for our grandmother's 90th. Impeccable service, we ate well there. Well located, not far from the castle and Thouet for walking.

We stayed at the hotel on a Friday evening for a stopover. We had reserved the room by notifying us of an arrival at 8:30 p.m. and asking if it was possible to have dinner upon arrival. The man who took our reservation told us there was no problem. We arrived at 8:30 p.m. and everything was turned off and closed. We managed to reach the manager of the establishment by telephone. She arrived immediately to open the door for us and informed us that in her reservation book our arrival was noted at 7 p.m.… She opens the door and gives us the key to the room before leaving. It is not possible to have dinner and we understand that we will be staying alone at the hotel for the night, obviously there do not seem to be any other guests. We had difficulty finding dinner, we ate in a fast food restaurant, the only establishment open in the village. The hotel is old, a must-see if you like a small vintage room! Both the decoration and the furniture have the touch of town center hotels in small towns. The bedroom was very clean. The bedding is very tired, the spring mattress is not comfortable. For the rest it does the job and it has a little old-fashioned charm! It was very quiet anyway. The manager is very friendly and pleasant and we thank her. Breakfast is generous with croissant, bread, butter, jam, hot drink, fruit juice and yogurt. In the end, an overall pleasant experience that we will not forget.

Only the restaurant opened one night a week, we were on a bike. a very warm welcome. we chose the dish of the day, the pot with fire with vegetables as excellent meat. everything with a good quantity. accompanied by a local wine in very pleasant carafe. efficient service. a recommendation.
