The Valentine's Day special was truly delicious and varied. The service was absolutely exceptional. We had a very lovely and enjoyable evening.

A great surprise for us as we did not expect too much for a restaurant opened on a Sunday evening in Old Montreal. The service was impeccable, the food was excellent as well as the wine. We will definitely come back...we're told there is a nice terrasse in the summertime :

I was disappointed by the food quality at this restaurant, as it did not live up to the reviews I had seen. I was taken by surprise when I was upsold for a subpar side dish that cost an extra $17. There were limited vegetarian options or substitutions available, which was partly my fault for not thoroughly reviewing the menu. Additionally, a door that kept getting stuck forced patrons to constantly close it to keep out cold drafts, while the staff seemed unfazed by the issue.

We had a wonderful time at Le Polisson. The servers were exceptionally friendly and charming, the food was tasty, and the atmosphere was fantastic.
