Cafe I Ching - Montreal

I was served chicken that I thought was vegan, and I unfortunately ate some without verifying. I became ill all night. This is a major food safety issue, and now I don't feel comfortable ordering from this restaurant anymore. I am very disappointed.

I appreciate having an Asian vegan restaurant in the area, but the food was not very good, to be honest. I ordered from UberEats. The Pad Thai did not taste like authentic Thai cuisine. The raw spring rolls were mostly rice noodles with very little filling. The peanut sauce was too thick, like eating peanut butter. The orange and ginger vegan protein was tough and not enjoyable. The broccoli and mushroom dish was decent, but it's hard to go wrong with those ingredients. I will not be giving this restaurant another chance.

Went to get takeout tonight for 7 people needed to use the bathroom. I offered to order prior to using however they refused to let me use the restroom? Yes Covid 19 but please make sure you treat customers who need to us facility like human beings.... I WOULD NOT GO THERE!!! HORRIBLE

The food was delicious, but the service was lacking in speed.
