Wok Café - Montréal

Now, I don’t understand either why there are bad reviews for this restaurant. Their combos are amazing (and the prices are decent for the amount of food they give)! I’ve went there last year, on the occasion of my birthday, and now February 2023, 13 months later, I wanted to come back and eat their food. I haven’t been disappointed, and look forward into coming back again on another special occasion! Plus, you don’t wait super long for your food, so waiting time is decent as well. And for hygienic matters, all the cooks are wearing masks. Thumbs up guys!

Worst food ever, strange texture of chicken and beef. Worst service ever. The waitress was very rude and aggressive, and unfriendly. She didn’t want to answer any question about the food we chose. We were 4, and we asked for separate checks, they automatically added tips to each Check and it was obligatory( first time ever a restaurant does this). When we objected about the tips she started pulling the food we were taking away with us and asked us and to leave the place and never enter it again! There was a waiter who was polite and apologized for her behavior. I don’t advise anyone to go there.

I have been coming to Wok Cafe for almost 10 years. They have the best General Tao chicken and it's cheap! The portions are massive for what you pay. You also get a full order of white rice. I also wanted to mention their deep fried wobtons are some of the best in the city! Well done.

Fresh order, was very tasty, came quickly. Can't ask for more from a chinese takeout. Big portions. Will order again

I visited this restaurant tonight and was deeply disappointed. The waitress touched the food, specifically the sauce, while serving it, which was very off-putting. When I addressed this issue with her, she shouted at me and used inappropriate language. The service was incredibly poor and, to be honest, the food did not seem fresh either.
