Tutti Frutti - Montréal

Nothing fancy, open early, clean, tasty and large portions. If you're not that hungry, you could easily split one breakfast entre.

I am a regular at Tutti Frutti. Today, I took a group of my ESL students there for brunch. The waiter didn't let anyone select the tip amount and she charged 20% without confirming with us first. It was rather disappointing for my students who felt they were taken advantage of because of their low English proficiency. As for the food, the portions are big but too greasy and their potatoes are not as good as they used to be.

Our family of five stayed at a nice hotel (Le Place d'Arms) that luckily stopped serving breakfast by the time we got rolling. The concierge recommended Tutti Frutti and it was fantastic. Great location, great selection of crepes and traditional breakfast fair. The servings were really large and priced reasonably but most importantly the food was really great.

Utterly poor service. Waited an hour for a mediocre breakfast. Look elsewhere for your small order of badly made scrambled eggs and pancakes with no syrup.

Die freundliche Bedienung konnte leider die Schwächen nicht überdecken: Lange Wartezeit, kaltes Frühstück, undefinierbare Speisen. Wirklich nicht zu empfehlen.
