Bidrage med feedbackI ordered the chicken korma at this restaurant, and it was slightly spicy but very flavorful. The naan bread was fabulous and tasted fresh. I enjoyed every bite until I was full. The pakoras and bhel puri were also delicious. The decor of the restaurant is stunning - it is one of the most attractive restaurants I have ever seen. It has huge high-back chairs, large wooden accent walls, and is filled with plants. I absolutely love it! The service was just okay, a bit slow. It seemed like the server was handling the entire place by herself, despite there being quite a few people there.
We ordered food from this restaurant and it took an hour and a half for it to arrive, despite living only a 15-minute drive away. The owner blamed the delay on our distance and offered a discount on our next order, but when we called to redeem it, we were turned down. The staff, especially the woman who answered the phone, was extremely rude. Overall, the food was not worth the hassle.
Good idea to have tried this restaurant on a Friday at lunch, especially when we know that we do not have to go back to the office in the afternoon. Located in the Villeray district, walking on Bélanger Street is like being in the tropics...only a few blocks away. You can find restaurants, cafes and terraces with Latin colors. The restaurant we visited, interferes in the middle of all this warmth and good humor by offering a Punjab, Indian cuisine. We were warmly welcomed and invited to sit near the window to enjoy the atmosphere on the street. For the interior, I am certain that it takes all its magnitude in the evening. To allow us to taste the different specialties of the place we were advised to try the plate TRALI either vegetarian or not. My colleague loved the vegetarian and I, for my part, was pleased by the other version. What a pleasant surprise we had when we were served the house tea, this tea has texture and color of coffee but a taste of such a good tea. Frankly a good restaurant to discover in a nice area of the city.
I ordered the chicken korma which was delicious with a slight spiciness. The naan was fresh and amazing. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal until I was full. The pakoras and bhel puri were also very tasty. The decor of the restaurant is stunning, with high back chairs, wood accent walls, and lots of plants. It's one of the best-looking restaurants I've seen. The service was okay, a bit slow as the girl seemed to be handling things alone despite the place being somewhat busy.
We wanted to get out. A duck and a Biryani ordered. It was ordered for spice stands. It didn't try many dishes, but what we did was good. Would try if possible. Person at the hotel was polite
