Sambuca Cafe Bar - Montréal

I always enjoy a good sandwich or pizza at Sambuca. I usually go with friends and we have a great time because the atmosphere is cozy, you never feel rushed, and the food is delicious. My only mistake is ordering too much because everything looks tempting, but there is always someone willing to help finish it. It's a bit different as we park easily out back and walk in to see video poker games everywhere. Just turn left and you'll find spacious tables with plenty of room for all the food you'll order. Some people watch TV, others chat with the staff, most are engrossed in their own conversations, but everyone seems to be enjoying themselves. Highly recommended, even though it may be a bit out of the way in a residential area.

The pizza at this restaurant is huge and the Focaccia sandwiches are absolutely amazing! The portion size of the sandwiches is massive!

The food is amazing and I always end up ordering too much because everything looks so good. Luckily, there's always someone willing to help finish the food. The entrance is a bit unusual, as you enter from the back where parking is easy and are greeted by video poker games. Once inside, the spacious layout and large tables are a pleasant surprise, perfect for those who order a lot. Whether people are watching TV, chatting with the staff, or talking amongst themselves, it's clear that everyone is enjoying their time. I highly recommend Sambuca, even though it's located in a residential area and a bit off the beaten path.

We normally go with friends and we have an amazing time because the ambiance is truly laid back, you never feel rushed and the food is oh-so-amazing. My mistake is ordering too much because everything looks so good but there is no waste, there is always someone willing to eat what I can't.It is a bit of an unusual place. We go in by the back (where you can park very easily) and upon entry into the establishment, all you see is video poker games. Continue going and just take a table to your left. You will be pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness between tables and the size of the tables (they know you will order a lot and you will need space). Some people, watch tv, others talk to the staff, most talk within their group but you can tell that everyone is enjoying their stay.Highly, highly recommend although it is a little out of the way and in a predominently residential area.
