Saiken Sushi - Montréal

Saiken Sushi is located slightly off the usual path for me, but I was drawn back for dinner there on two separate occasions.

We arrived at this restaurant for a birthday dinner with a party of 9 people. However, the food took over an hour to come out after we placed our order.

We tried to find it and it is not open at least in that location. I think it was replaced by another Asian restaurant.

Very easy to find, we had a nice surprise arriving in this restaurant. the staff is very pleasant, explains very well the different dishes and when they arrive on the table, it is of such beauty that you dare not touch it. Once the pleasure of the eyes has passed, the tasting begins and there your taste buds ask again. It's tasty, it's fresh, it's a pure wonder. We'll go back on our next trip.

The presentation of the food on a large boat was impressive, and we were particularly impressed by the unique flavors of the special rolls. The perfectly cooked Spider roll was both crunchy and delicious, and the fresh Salmon and Tuna rolls were outstanding. Although the service was a bit slow, the wait was well worth it for the amazing sushi we received. This was truly one of the best sushi experiences we have ever had.
