Pupuseria Dona Maria - Montréal

The beef soup at this restaurant is delicious and hearty, with large chunks of meat. It is abundant and flavorful. I only review restaurants that make it on my top five list, and this one definitely did. :D

The fried fish at this restaurant is incredibly delicious. I also tried the pupusas and they have an authentic El Salvadorian flavor. I haven't found anything better at other restaurants in the area recently. This place is a must-try.

The pupusas need to be filled with more food. Either increase the filling or make them smaller, but a delicious pupusa should have a generous amount of filling. I don't mind paying extra for that, but more filling is essential.

This is the best pupusas I have had in town so far, and I have tried at least 3 other places! I ordered it through UberEats and it came with salsa, curtido, and a delicious hot sauce. I feel like I have been missing out every time I had pupusas without this sauce. I also appreciate that they packed the salsa and curtido in containers instead of plastic bags, making it easier to open and eat from. Unfortunately, my horchata was missing, but everything else was so great that I still give it a 5-star rating. I was craving pupusas, and this definitely hit the spot.
