Pacini Restaurant Cote-des-Neiges

We went there with my family and the service was very slow. Food was good at least. Also at the table we were sitting it was missing a light and all other light were low and we were struggling to read the menu. When I did asks the waitress why the light is low she told me just wait until my boss or the owner get here. It put it more low. An hour ago later it went low not once but twice. Service was slow, we stayed there for an hour an a half and i could have drink 2 or 3 more beers but the waitress was not coming at the table. It was busy but it`s not an excuse to not come at the table and say hey, i will be back in a few minutes. After a while i said the lights is pretty low now hey, and she said i told you, he arrived and put the lights lower (she was referring to the owner or the manager). I give me credit card to my wife and i say to pay for the whole table and i said just give her 10% tips. The waitress even asks my wife why she only give her 10% tips and she told her that the service was too slow. Will never returned to that restaurant again. It was my first time to a Pacini restaurant but it will be a very long time until i go to another one!!

The ambiance was pleasant and the service was excellent, however, the food was disappointing. A friend and I shared a fettucine carbonara and a pizza. The pizza was decent, but the pasta lacked flavor and was overcooked. The tiramisu I tried was just average. The bread bar was a nice idea, but there wasn't a wide selection - only two types of bread were available. I probably won't return unless it's just for the pizza.

I went there with my mom and sister. It was great. we were really hungry that day. So we started off with the "Bread Bar" that has (4 types of breads to grill, and margarine with 3 flavors: Garlic, Tomato & Basil and Pesto).Then I ordered from the menu: "Mixta Pasta Generoso" since I was craving for all of them!! In case you're not sure what's inside...read this:(Trio de linguine Alfredo, tortellini sauce rosée et spaghetti bolognese). Yummy yummy! Right?Anyway, the meal was super delicious. However, I topped my dish with extra cheese and mushrooms. so this might helped ;)The ambiance was nice and the service was perfect indeed.we finished with a cute tiny "Dolci Dark Chocolate" ice cream.I would definitely recommend this resto, it's on my top 5 here in Montreal!

We went here for dinner without reservations. The staff was very friendly, the menu was pretty extensive and they had a nice wine list to choosee from. The food was great and the different butters at the bread bar were excellent. I would definitely return.

I had a duck confit salad: The best salad I ever had, the duck was perfect, not fatty, tender and tasty. The salad part was outstanding. My companions had soup and different salads and theirs was very good too.
