Bidrage med feedbackWe are giving three stars to provide some context for our rating. My husband and I chose to visit Chinatown on a rainy Friday evening after 8pm.
The other reviews are correct. Although the restaurant may not look like much, it is actually fantastic. If you choose to dine here, you will be very satisfied with the quality.
This restaurant is the top choice for authentic Sichuan cuisine. The array of dishes, the bold flavors, the perfect level of spiciness - there is no other place in town that can rival its offerings.
The restaurant was empty on Friday noon, I should have been worried. the service was very long and the waitress did not speak French. food was very ordinary. It was very cold in the restaurant. We were a dozen and no one really enjoyed his meal.
What happened to this place? Did they change chef? I wanted to give zero stars but there is no such option. Please stay away, apparently the good chef is gone!My friend recommended this place, so I went there for dinner on a Monday evening. We walked in around 7, the restaurant is completely empty! I should have taken the hint and left, but I still had some hope. We ordered hot and sour soup, 夫妻肺片, pork stir fried with veggie and pepper fish. All taste awful, even the rice taste like 3 days old. I am not talking authentic here, it's simply bad food, in every aspect!I trust my friend's taste, and the many good reviews here in the past. Can't figure out what happened to the restaurant. Save yourself the time and money, please be aware of the place, especially when it's empty at dinner time!
