Bidrage med feedbackI visited this restaurant just for the vegan soft serve, which can be hard to find. The flavor I tried was mint.
I have discovered the most delicious chocolate almond croissant in Montreal, bar none. Its taste is so incredible that you will be reminiscing about it for days.
La Pantry is my weakness. I was diligently following a gluten and dairy-free diet until someone tempted me with their croissants and pain au chocolat.
I really liked this place. It was close to the Airbnb we were staying at, and offers great coffee, but what is spectacular about this, is that all the food is made with the care and love that only in house staff can do. There's no buying product (or there doesn't seem to be much of it) and then putting it out and reassembling it. The smoked salmon is house made as apparently many of the other in counter products. Great coffee. Fun vibe. Great food. Perfect for lunch or a nice breakfast.
For the best cup of coffee in St. Henri along with an almond croissant baked fresh daily, you have go to try this little market. The coffee is free trade and delicious, they have their own dried tea concoctions and make an amazing chai latte. If you are lucky enough to try the Earl Grey tea cookies, they are a must have. All organic ingredients are used in all breads and pastries. Huge selection of local beers. In summer, they make their own honey from beehives in the huge garden beside the market. Owners are friendly and knowledgeable and speak english, french and spanish!
