Madisons New York Grill Ddo - Montréal

I worked years ago as a busboy, waiter barkeeper and I really appreciate the great recipe, service quality of meals! I give them additional points for speaking with me and my family in French, that is very important to us!

Good start, however service was not up to par. With the drink order, did not ask about starters. Main course took longer than iDisk, and restaurant was not busy.

The waiter that seated us asked my husband and I what we wanted to drink but completely ignored my children 15 and 10 that was the first strike secondly we practically had to beg for bread and tap water...that first waiter never came back we ...had to ask for pepper..obviously they lost a four dessert order with two coffees...we won't be returning ever.

We when there for mother's day, my mother love the place but stop going because of the high prices. For us it was the first time, more expensif that we thougt, good food but to much garlic in the potato..

Anniversary!! We had a nice anniversary evening in this restaurant. Very good food and an excellent customer service. The waiter coming often and very discrete to see if our expectations are satisfied!
