L'gros Luxe Sud-ouest - Montréal

This was our first time at this restaurant and we had a fantastic evening. The Caesar salad was amazing, especially with the Jalapeno-Poppers. The salad was beautifully presented and had a sharp taste. My friend ordered a mojito and loved it. For dinner, I chose the deluxe burger with a side salad. The burger had bacon, cheese, and many other toppings. The meat was cooked perfectly medium and had a delicious charcoal flavor. My friend ordered the fish and chips and was very pleased with it. The fish was tender and flaky. The service was friendly and quick despite the busy crowd. We would recommend making a reservation.

This traditional pub offers a unique twist on classic dishes. The menu features delicious options like mac and cheese with ribs and lobster, a variety of poutine choices, steak, and curly fries. A standout feature is their customizable sliders, which can be made with up to ten ingredients. The service was excellent in both English and French during both of my visits. I highly recommend this restaurant and can't wait to return.

We had a great experience dining on the terrace. The fish tacos appetizer was incredible. We shared the Cubano sandwich and fish burger. The Cubano sandwich was out of this world, with moist and flavorful pulled pork. However, the fish burger fell short of expectations. While the fish itself was crispy and delicious, the bun seemed stale and the combination of flavors was unimpressive. Despite this, we overall enjoyed our meal and had a pleasant time at the restaurant.

I had a wonderful time in l’gros luxe! we wanted to take a bite to eat and then dessert at another place to get, but we loved it so much that we landed again for dessert (young it was delicious! mouthwater vanille cheesecake. I loved eating and enjoyed the atmosphere of the place. Just make sure to choose the right side, depending on how they collect the back of the rest, is wonderful if they want to talk a quieter place. they also make funny dishes! I'm going back.

We were a group of 8 on a Friday night and the accommodated us without any issues. Staff was great and prompt. Drinks were very good too, as was the food. One suggestion: stop putting so much ice in your pitchers. You're not fooling anyone and it's clear the amount of liquid in the pitcher is very little compared to the pile of ice that comes with it.
