After reading other reviews about this restaurant, I found that the food was considered to be too expensive, the soup had a fly in it, and the entrees were not flavorful.

I had been eagerly anticipating a visit to this restaurant to take advantage of their $1 oyster special. Right away, I was impressed by the decor.

My wife had the chicken with pasta and loved it, especially the sauce which was very tasty. I had the lobster roll and was very disappointed. The lobster had been chopped into the smallest pieces I have ever seen on a lobster roll. The seasoning they added was non-descript and the result was a very bland dish. The fries were greasy and tasted like the oil in which they were cooked had not been changed in some time. The sliced baguettes they served before the meal were very good. The service was good but not great. The menu is only in French so unless you understand the language, you will have to ask your waiter to describe every dish.

Had a wonderful evening at les tontons Flingueurs, the oysters were small but fresh , the ambiance was great, impeccable service , I highly recommend.
