While at the Jazz festival at PDA, it was impossible to resist the tempting aroma of pork ribs sizzling on the grill at the food truck.

The pulled pork poutine is fantastic! I usually order it every time I visit this restaurant.

I decided to try their combo bacon and Italian sausage poutine at the Laval Poutine fest where their food truck was located.
