La Maison du Magret - Montréal

We stumbled upon this hidden gem one evening when we were famished after a long journey to Montreal. As Italians, we are quite particular about our pasta, but we were pleasantly surprised by how delicious it was. The pizza was also fantastic and I especially enjoyed the shredded pork dish. The staff were wonderful and we had a lovely conversation with them. When we return to Montreal, we will definitely be making a return visit. The family from Niagara Falls, ON.

The young woman taking your order seems unhappy with her job. She has a bad attitude, is unwelcoming, and unhelpful. The food is not very tasty and definitely not worth the price. Be cautious of the prices they charge, as they may show a lower price and charge you more. If you pay with a card, they will automatically prompt you for a tip, which is absurd as there is no table service. You have to select your own food. This was my second visit and will definitely be my last.

The food was incredibly tasty! We tried the pepper and cheese pizza and it was fantastic. The artwork in the restaurant was also impressive. I would definitely return if I find myself in Montreal again.

The place is beautiful and clean. Service is fast. The food is good. It's a good budget restaurant if you want to immerse, but don't want to spend too much money on food.

Went in for pasta, served by two very very rude workers. I did not speak French, and it seemed like they were just very rude about it. I ended up leaving without ordering because they messed up my whole mood. Never coming back here again. PS: get new workers.
