We get in the restaurant around 8 and all invites were there at 8:30 the service was very long. they send us appetizers that were very appreciated. then we order to eat at 9 and we get our teller at 10:45 each gets very crazy and disappointed.

You guys made Valentine’s Day magical. I will definitely recommend this restaurant to my close friends.

Front desk staff very attentive . From front door to coat check. Maître D ok perhaps a bit chaotic as other couples were waiting for check in . Music was good and soft sound . Able to speak and be heard by other diner. Were not properly informed about flower and loot bag . The lady at the concierge was able to correct situation only after we left the restaurant. That was the only hiccup . Bathroom/ toilet on the top landing would be a good idea.
