Fou d'Ici - Montréal

Being the closest grocery store to my work, I happen to find myself browsing, grabbing lunch or shopping here on a weekly basis.

After eating here more than once a day for over three months (my office moved right opposite fou d'ici a few months back,) I am finally ready to review this

The atmosphere is deeply stressfull , the meat for their tartares is not fresh , the washrooms are nasty, they treat their employees badly, they dont wash their veggies before making soup ... and so much more ! you dont want to know what is up in their kitchen ... Gordon Ramsay would cry ! Boycott this nasty place !!

Was looking for a quick dinner salad before a business meeting and picked up a Bento box with three salad and dessert. The main salad had blueberries, blackberries, nuts and nuts. It was amazing!! Two other smaller salads were also very good.

We stopped here to check out the market and grab a quick bite for breakfast. The lox and bagel was delicious. The market was nice and seemed to have some unique foodie items.
