Bidrage med feedbackI recently enjoyed one of the best espressos in Montreal at this charming and cozy cafe. The simplicity of the place adds to its special charm, making it a must-visit spot.
I stopped by this charming bistro-style Swiss cafe and immediately felt at ease. I savored a delightful cup of coffee and a tasty croissant served in beautiful porcelain. Next, I decided to try their highly praised sandwiches.
I cannot believe I didn’t know about this place before! We ran into it by accident, it’s very easy to miss in such a busy street. The swiss flag and the sign indicating 30 different types of hot chocolate caught our attention. It’s a small...and cozy basement with a bunch of wall clocks (available for sale) as decoration. The hot chocolates we tried (all from the dark chocolate menu) were all amazing!! About $6 each. Food is mostly sandwiches and salads. The sandwiches we tried were good but overpriced. I would totally go back for the hot chocolates.
Basement on a busy street with shops and restaurant, this small cafe served delicious sandwiches in a relaxing outdoor atmosphere; just what we needed after spending time at the nearby museum. Glad we stopped for lunch. Owner very gracious.
Stopped by for late morning treat. Visiting from the U.S. I know a little French, but the person I was with didn't. He asked about the different flavors available for hot chocolate and the person at register told him to look at the board (all...in French-lol). I then asked about a couple different flavors for hot chocolate and was referred to the menu board as well. Just thought they could've been a little more nice/helpful with his request on the different flavors available. However, I did order a iced mocha latte and they accommodated my request. The iced latte was really good and the hot chocolate as well. We also got a croissant with cherry and yogurt which was great. Service could be a little better.
