Brasserie Saint-Denis - Montréal

No AC or fans on a hot day did not help. I was really disappointed in my mussels so switched to a different sauce for the second round. Very bland.

Visited with a family group of 10 adults from US. Brother-in-law made reservation a month before. Restaurant had our table ready & really went out of the way to take care of us.Fare is burgers & salads that is first rate. Cold beer too.Definitely worth a visit.

A wonderful way to start off our time in Montreal. the mussels we're delicious, as were the burgers. Our children ordered the Mac and cheese and it was nice to have have it made in house instead of from a box. Excellent wine list too. Thanks!

This place is so good we visited it twice on consecutive nights!! French onion soup is off the scale and the mussels very fresh and tasty. The staff are so friendly - you must go here for informal dining and drinkies. They gave us a ice hockey stick as well - made our day! Big thumbs up !

My friends and I were visiting last weekend, and this was our first meal in town. The bar has nice decor and a nice atmosphere. Not crowded either, which was great for our group of 7 people (on a Friday night). There was a great drink selection - my beer-loving friends enjoyed it. A couple friends ordered mussels and really liked them. My burger with frites and salad - just delicious. Great server and ideal service. I'd say check this place out (especially if you happen to be staying on Saint-Denis).
