Bistro Tendresse - Montréal

Expensive but worth the price. I had the bénédiction and it was probably the most delicious vegan food I tried in Canada so far. Also had the panna cotta. Also it’s in front of a really nice bar called Renard, so I finished lunch and went straight to the bar to get drinks.

Happy to report that the glowing reviews are right! We thoroughly enjoyed our dinner here. Everything we had was delicious and fresh tasting. The highlight was the potato dish. Everything was fantastic. When we walked in, the owner treated and sat us. She talked with us and answered our questions about the restaurant. The waiter was helpful and amazing as well. We started with some vegan wine, a German Pinot Noir. Light and delicious. Then we had the steamed dumplings. Wow, they were amazing. So delicious. For our meals, we had the Risotto and the Pavé. Again, both meals were delicious. (See pics) Looking at other customers orders, all the food looked delicious. Of course we had to have dessert. We had the chocolate mouse and the panna cotta. You would not be able to tell these were vegan, so good. If you are ever in Montreal, I highly recommend this place. Enjoy!!!

Very impressive! A fun dining experience! All the textures were on point and the flavors were boomin. Also the verde and garden cocktails were amazin
