Bambino Rocco - Montpellier

I had read that they were rude and wouldn't provide seating without a reservation. We arrived in town late and went on the off chance they would seat us. They couldn't have been more friendly, warm and inviting. The place is so cozy (not small), sweet and convivial. We had a wonderful dinner of salad, two incredible pasta dishes and the best panna cotta ever. It was our first meal in Montpellier last Monday night and we are going back for our final meal on Sunday.

Food was okay but we arrived without a reservation and the young snippet waitress almost rolled her eye. We said we could be in and out in an hour and she reluctantly gave us an outdoor table. The bar tender told us not to worry and enjoy. The hour later we were finished but there was several table still empty outside. She made a fuss for nothing- not a great visit and we won’t return, with or without a reservation. Too many wonderful restaurants in the area

Very good reception and good dishes. The size of the pizza is perfect to complete the meal with a good dessert. Address to be retained.

A little air from Italy and a pleasant welcome. We feel good at Bambino, like the feeling of lunch to some friends. A beautiful decoration, a terrace, a spritz and the tower is played. On the beautiful antipasti menu, small pizza to share.. I chose the smoked tuna carpaccio and a nice plate of potatoes. Come on, you won't be disappointed.

The kitchen is excellent, the products are very fresh. I even think the pasta is made at home (or if it is not fresh and artisanal). The service is done smiling, we will return with pleasure
