Manghi's has been a main stay since I was little. They are a local bread bakery that feeds the community in a loving fashion. Their products are consistently tasty! You can even buy fresh bread, pizza dough and pastry at their humble store front. Theyare very welcoming. What I really love is their tradition of feeding the children that come out of school. Little kids come andpay 5 cents for their choice of a white or wheat roll. The second roll is 25 cents. Children also can buy a delicious cinnamonroll for a dollar. My 6 year old loves to go there almost every day! I consider it a lovely Montpelier tradition.
