What's more surprising to eat excellently in a restaurant that makes one think of a Routier? National border, industrial zone, commercial road between Sisteron and Gap, everything is there for a quick dish of the ordinary day. Not at all. From the frame to the service to quality and originality, everything is there. It must be said that the cook is full of diplomas: cook, pastry, chocolate, glacier, catererer, hotelier, baker! All diplomas are displayed and he honors them all. In order not to spoil anything, the interior frame is friendly, well arranged, welcoming, well furnished. The toilet also offers a shower, all built with quality and very clean toilets (at least for girls). The menu is varied: pizzas to traditional cuisine, home and original burgers. Cherry on the cake: bread is home (even that of burgers) and one can go back with its baguette for only 90 cts. The service is fast, effective and with the smile as a bonus. Is there a fault? Almost not.The tomato and rosemary bread announced for the Italian burger and duck of the magrets were missing that day. But if we want a fee, we need to know how to give up.
