Subway - Monticello

Ordered 2 orders for pick up got there at 840 brought 2 of my subs out but didn’t bring other 3 sat in the car until 936 for my other 3 workers are very rude the females in there are VERY LAZY!!! Last couple times I’ve been here they sit there and make the guy work he is a very hard worker 2 females with blonde hair look like they need better hygiene also this is the worse subway I have ever went too. Called the store spoke with the manager for a second during mid convo she hangs up on me. Don’t eat here food was nasty and cold I called Mike the owner and left a voicemail

Ordered 2 sandwiches off of the app for pick up. Got them home and saw that one was totally wrong. I called and spoke with the manager lady of the shift and she was honestly pretty rude. I drive back to get the sandwich remade and the rest of the staff was great. Very polite but I saw the manger getting annoyed with even more customers. Very unprofessional. I’ve heard bad things about this particular store and she might be the reason why.

Wow, several new sandwiches I didn't know about. Tried the foot long cookie for $5.00. Loved it.

They were really warm and welcoming, and they worked quickly to get the switches in place. Additionally, the pricing was very reasonable.

My parents had a coupon for 2 ft longs for 12.99 a coupon for a 6in for 3.99. He took my order very patiently, due to having 2 coupons.. I went through drive through. Would highly recommend.
