Subway - Monticello

The employee of today it’s extremely slow and she didn’t care if you are rush or not

The subway doesn 't close until 10:00 pm. The sign said open when I got there at 9:20 pm. There was a sign taped to the glass at counter that read, no cards, cash only . So I had to go get cash from ATM. When I came back to the subway around 9:30 pm. The outside sign still said open. However when I went inside, the worker already had everything put up in the back and was not making any more sandwiches. 30 minutes early?????

I know someone who works there, and they've shared text messages from the manager stating that they're not allowed to discard expired ingredients because the manager would face consequences. I recommend avoiding this place, both as a customer and as an employee.

Overall, the restaurant offers a decent takeout experience. The food is satisfactory, with a rating of 3 out of 5. However, the service is commendable, scoring a solid 4 out of 5, and the atmosphere is pleasant, also rated at 4 out of 5. For those considering an order, I highly recommend trying the cookies and the Subway Club!
