Little Caesars Pizza - Monticello

Several times, I went and it takes forever to get food. Tonight we sat in the car for 15 minutes and then we left. The first car that was there when we arrived was still there when we were gone. pizza quality is usually equal The quality of the service in this place is always worse.

Pizza is hot and fresh, one of five restaurants in the opposite. sometimes the pizza can be cooked a little more, as the teig does not seem thoroughly cooked. still a recommendation. only 3 workers were there when I last ordered were not very welcoming but came quite fast to register! I let the drive thru, because the car had ordered before me and sat right there until the food was ready, which led to me having to get back from the line and go in to order a standard pizza place. workers should return customers to order. do not wait for running gear thru, which affects other customers.

App has not let them order the day for months, pizza is always undercooked when they are after well baked. sauce tastes like hotdog water. take them 30 minutes for a pizza somewhat more complicated than pfefferoni. some employees are rude. they remain undermined. telefon will never be picked up. some employees cannot even read the order they submit in the app. sad that this site was half decent in the past, but all good employees left for obvious reasons.

That must be the worst Caesars. At 17:00, I tried to order online today. The earliest date was tomorrow. I thought they had to be a problem with online ordering. Called twice and no answer. Modified the store to Jackson and the same online order let me order and pick up in 20 minutes. I always try the local store, but it'll be bad and bad. The owner must correct or close. No excuse to be so bad.

The Monticello store, after 4pm on Thursday, long line , only one pizza hot and ready, man in front of me said they weren't answering phones, had to drive down to order and wait. He even tried calling while waiting..smh...no answer. One person been waiting awhile, then they say can't make pizza out of stuff so he said make what ever you have. Several folks came in..walked back out. One drive though came through.must have used online. One girl working up front. It's a shameful mess....I didn't get anything...
