Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Since they close at 8 pm now, they cut off all orders in the zaxby?s app sometime between 7 7:30. But save yourself the waste of time gas if its after 7 pm, as that?s the time they stop selling appetizers, traditional wings, filets salads. If you happen to want a #1, be sure to get in the drive-through line by 7:15 since they methodically delay the drive-thru orders starting then. Once 7:50 pm hits, you can forget it. They hold the drive-thru line so that whoever orders at or immediately after 7:50 is the last order of the day. Tonight, I sat in line for 25 mins at 7:53 I was the next in line. What do you know, no movement for 7 mins but literally as the clock hit 8 pm, of course I get to move up to the speaker only to be told they close at 8 pm. This isn?t the first or even third time I?ve experienced the motionless 7-10 mins before they close, so I was not happy told the lady I?d been in line for 25 mins while not moving for the last 7. Of course she didn?t respond. Not sure how it?s helping you stay ?safe? from COVID by closing an hour early significantly cutting your menu 2 hours early. Guess your employees run the show /or the owner isn?t hurting if they can allow sales to drive off during peak dinner times.

I had the chicken sandwich and the spicy mushrooms for the first time everything was hot, fresh, and delicious!

Went in to order my Cajun Chicken sandwich with, ketchup, Chz and bacon with a fry. I get all the way back to work and what do you kno?.it?s lettuce, French dressing, Chz and bacon?.no ketchup what?s so ever?.of course I tossed the sandwich ate my fries only. I called back to let them kno, the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude, the manager was ok and very apologetic. Here is where it goes bad?.I was told to bring the sandwich back to the store?.?. I told him I threw it away, my first time there and my last time, who is going to hold on to a sandwich for two or three days and take it back. I?ve been here 6 months and been to Zaxby?s one time only. Beware of zaxby?s on Ann street. ?

Very disappointed in their chicken sandwich. Although it really was a good chicken sandwnich, I expected some more for a buck more! Go figure, a dollar more than every other? Didn't see any reason to waste a buck over Popeyes or KFC or Chick fil A.

I order on the app and schedule the time when I would pick it up. I was able to pick up my fries from the inside so I didn't have to wait in the drive thru. The fries were hot, good seasoning with sauce and plenty of ketchup
