Zaxby's Chicken Fingers Buffalo Wings

Waited for 45 minutes in the drive through, only to be told they ran out of salad as I was trying to order 2 of their world famous zalads. This is the worst run Zaxby 's restaurant I have ever been to. This is actually the 2nd time in a month we 've been told they ran out of salad for their zalads. This is one of the things they 're known for...right?!? I was actually there once and they told me they ran out of chicken. How in the he?? does a chicken place run out of chicken? Don 't bother going. Find another spot, I promise it will be better.

As a Zaxbys veteran from GA, this location made me find my love for the company again! Lobby and bathroom was cleaned up nice, everything was stocked, service was wonderful, food was good. My cheddar bites could?ve been hotter but it?s possible that they had been cooked already. Overall all wonderful experience and I?ll gladly send this over to corporate ?

My Experience at Zabys today was not good they need to clean there lobby up itsc a hot Mess looks like they have not clean it up in Months ,@Being that we are in a PANDEMIC, they should be cleaning it even morer,Of this is opinion

The young girl at the drive-thru window (149 Alexandr) is very rude and curt in her tone. When I drove up to the speaker her greeting was a barking ?Go ahead!? Then as I was ordering she continuously cut me off, then sucked her teeth and responded as if she was irritated at me explaining my order. After waiting in line another 15min before getting to the window, the next young lady at the window repeated my order for confirmation. I corrected her on the sauce I asked for. She stated yes the hot honey mustard was on the order. Once I pulled off, I realized they still put the wrong sauce in the bag causing me to waste more time driving back to get it correct. Poor staff with poor attitude.

Delicious food, enjoyed their new signature sandwich. Great portion of fried pickles. When busy, drive thru moves a bit slow so be prepared to wait in line or order ahead via their app and pick up inside.
