The Exchange - Montgomery

I didn't have a reservation but the front staff was very nice and worked in a party of two. I had planned to eat around the corner but with bad weather, it was better to not leave the conference center. The food was cooked great and didn't take too long to make it to the table. The service staff were very quick with both the normal drinks and those from the bar. All in all a great experience!

My wife and I had cocktails at the bar (bartender was excellent! , and dinner at the restaurant. She had vegetarian pasta and I had the Alabama salad. Both were well prepared. Service is outstanding and the restaurant and hotel are beautiful. My go to places in Montgomery! The weather outside tonight was frightful, and staying inside in a lovely full service hotel was a great experience. Highly recommended.

Ooooweee!!! That CORNBREAD is GOOOOOOOD!!! Those Greens were GOOOD!!! The atmosphere is Awesome for a first date, anniversary, or a just because. Make a RESERVATION !!! If you don't make a reservation, the restaurant staff will collect your phone number; and will call you once a table becomes available. We had them call us but meanwhile we sat at the bar and had a drink. We even ordered our food from the bar. By the time the food was ready, a table became available. Khadijah, the bar tender was AWESOME! Excellent Customer Service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND The House Restaurant. If you visit or live in Montgomery, you must eat at this restaurant. Thank me later.

The food is excellent! It is not like typical 'hotel ' food at all. The menu has upscale Southern fare and healthy choices for all palates. Also, the layout of the restaurant lends itself to a social distancing and a comfortable ambience for a small or large dinner party. I highly recommend The House.
