Taco Bell - Montgomery

Everything was good, but now you have to use the kiosk to order, I'm an older man, and I had a problem with it. ,parking: there were a good number of parking places, but they were not busy.

Long drive thru lines but still somewhat fast, only issue was looking up menu online was not updated.

Although I am quick to say service is not what it use to be, at this location it still is to me. Every time I go to the Taco Bell on Carmichael Road in Montgomery the service in the drive thru is excellent. From placing my order to the interaction at the window. Always very friendly, fast and accurate.Thank you!

Night shift need to get it together!!!!! horrible attitudes like they dont wanna be there, they move slow on your order at the mic and catch attitudes again, then rush get made when you ask for something they forgot to give you!!!! ON TOP OF IT THIS ISN'T THE 1ST TIME !!..LAST NIGHT TOP IT OF ALL NIGHTS 7 20 2022 I HAD A LONG STRING OF HAIR IN MY FOOD ?‍??‍?? NOT ACCEPTABLE SOME THINGS SHOULDN'T HAPPEN ON TOP OF BAD SERVICE !!!!

Food was very good even when it was late at night. Very quick and friendly service
